See what your team has been doing
Tektools tracks the work your team members do across your community. The team report gives admins a quick snapshot of activity over the last 7 days, right inside Telegram.
Run the report
Inside the connected group, an admin runs:
/team_report
The bot replies with a report for your community covering the past 7 days.
Admins only
/team_report only works for group administrators and only inside a group that
is connected to a Tektools community.
What's in the report
- Each team member's activity score for the period.
- A trend versus the previous 7 days, so you can see who's ramping up:
- 🆕 New — activity from someone who had none last period.
- 📈 +% — more active than the previous week.
- 📉 −% — less active than the previous week.
No activity yet?
If nobody on the team has logged activity in the last 7 days, the bot tells you there's nothing to report for the period.
Troubleshooting
