Community Pulse
Community Pulse gives community managers a weekly read on how their community feels — not just how active it is. Each week TekTools analyzes public chat messages in your Discord server or Telegram group and turns them into an at-a-glance summary of mood, topics, and an overall health score.
Community Pulse is a premium feature.
What it measures
- Sentiment — the balance of positive, neutral, and negative messages.
- Emotion — a richer read than sentiment: excitement, curiosity, confusion, frustration, and more.
- Topics — what the community is talking about (staking, airdrops, wallet issues, partnerships, and so on).
- Pulse Score — a single, explainable 0–100 health score, with the main drivers that moved it and the change versus last week.
- Weekly narrative — a short written summary a manager can read in seconds.
Where you'll see it
- Dashboard — open Community Pulse in your TekTools dashboard to see the latest score, trend, breakdowns, and narrative for the selected community.
- Weekly summary — every week the bot also posts the Pulse summary to your configured Discord channel and/or Telegram group.
Getting started
- Make sure your community is on the premium plan.
- Ask the TekTools team to enable Community Pulse for your community (it is turned on per community).
- After the first full week, your weekly Pulse will appear in the dashboard and in your community.
Privacy
Community Pulse analyzes message text only to produce the aggregated insights above. Raw message content is not stored — TekTools keeps only the derived, anonymous analysis (for example, "12 positive, 3 frustrated") and the weekly summary.
